Paleo diet muffins aren’t very different from regular muffins. The only distinction is that paleo muffins are prepared using ingredients that aren’t prohibited by the paleo diet. The list of foods approved for the paleo diet is extensive but takes a lot of time getting used to it, as it eliminates many ingredients widely used today and which people are accustomed to.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together and make sure to get the measurements right. After mixing the batter thoroughly until it’s free from lumps, all you need to do is pour it into the muffin cups or a muffin tray. Fill the rest of the space in the cup with scrambled eggs. Move the muffin cups to the oven and bake them for about 20 minutes. When the muffins are nicely cooked, leave them out to cool for five minutes. Remove them from the cups, and serve. Your egg muffins are now ready to eat!
